Physical TherapistWe're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the position.BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients and productivity expectations of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour.Experience or willingness to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture.Ability to work the posted schedule: Monday–Friday daytime shifts with some clinics offering extended hours, rotating Saturday availability (about once per month), and potential 4x10 options.New graduates and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply, especially for larger clinics that offer structured mentorship programs.Impacting Patient Care NationwideJackson Therapy Partners offers a variety of career options for physical therapists including direct hire positions, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts. Typical schedule examples include M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and T/Th shorter clinic hours; some locations offer 4x10 schedules and rotating Saturdays about once per month.Average patient volume: 18–20 patients per day.
