IT Support Technician - Manufacturing Site (12 Month Contract)

Location: Clinton (on-site)


We're seeking an IT Support Technician to join a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment in Indiana. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting end users, local infrastructure, and site IT operations for a 6-12 month contract engagement.


What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for deskside and end-user support, handling break/fix issues and IMAC (install/move/add/change) requests for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Windows 11 systems, Microsoft Office/O365, Teams, and phone systems
• Track and manage IT assets, configuration records, incidents, service requests, and change tickets through ServiceNow
• Support on-site network infrastructure including cabling, connectivity, server room upkeep, and IT systems tied to manufacturing and lab operations
• Assist with local infrastructure projects, technology refresh/lifecycle initiatives, and equipment procurement, while keeping documentation and SOPs current

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field - equivalent certifications and hands-on experience will also be considered
• 5+ years of professional IT support experience in mid-to-large environments (250+ end users)
• Practical knowledge of end-user hardware, foundational networking and wireless concepts, video conferencing platforms, endpoint security basics, and asset/lifecycle tracking
• Experience with incident and request management tools such as ServiceNow

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and formal IT service management frameworks
• Experience partnering with Operational Technology (OT) teams in a manufacturing setting
• Exposure to regulated manufacturing or laboratory environments and the IT systems that support them
