Timberline Construction Group is seeking a Cost Estimating Manager to lead estimating operations for residential reconstruction and disaster recovery projects. The role oversees strategy, pricing, subcontractor cost analysis, and KPI reporting to ensure accurate, contract-compliant estimates.
