Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong experience in Drupal and the Acquia ecosystem to support and enhance our MarTech digital web platforms . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal onsite guidance, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain websites built on Drupal CMS , adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum/Agile environment to deliver sprint commitments.
- Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and release cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues, ensuring optimal stability and performance.
- Contribute to enhancements, customizations, and new functionality aligned with business requirements.
- Utilize Acquia tools and cloud platform for site building, deployment, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS .
- Proficiency with PHP and backend logic for Drupal-based applications.
- Previous experience working with Drupal CMS (Drupal 10 or 11).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience developing custom Drupal modules .
- Experience with Acquia Site Studio and Acquia Cloud tools.
- Ability to write custom JavaScript for interactive components.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager .
- Familiarity with Pendo or other user-experience enablement platforms.
Soft Skills
- Self-driven with the ability to operate with limited oversight.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communicator able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly responsive and reliable.
