Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.27 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeThu 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and/or potential security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations according to post instructions. Support security-related operations by completing incident reports, maintaining activity logs, and reporting hazards, spills, equipment issues, and other noteworthy conditions to the appropriate site representatives. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
