Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Apple Valley, CA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/20/2026
Shift: Day | 3×12 hours
Shift Times: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM / 10:30 AM–11:00 PM
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Local Candidates: Accepted within 50-mile radius
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
On-Call: Yes
Pay Rate: Local $44–$46/hr | Traveler $45–$50/hr

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Spine and Total Joint experience required — hard stop
• Inpatient experience required
• Scrubbing experience required
• BLS required
• CST certification required
• NBSTSA or NCCT accepted
• Da Vinci Xi experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with 3+ years experience
• RTO must be provided at submission
• 30-minute call response time

• Outpatient surgery

Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical technologist duties in the OR
• Maintain sterile field and scrub for procedures
• Support orthopedic, spine, total joint, vascular, urology, gynecological and laparoscopic cases
• Assist with C-sections, hysterectomies and D&C procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage
• Float to Outpatient Surgery Pavilion
• Follow facility policies and procedures
