Qualifications & Desired Background: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for School Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome Previous experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings Familiarity with elementary student needs, K-4 caseloads, and IEP processes Comfort with a range of service delivery models, including in-person and remote/teletherapy Collaborative spirit to work alongside teachers, parents, and colleagues Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth speech/language assessments for K-4 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Document accurate progress and maintain IEP compliance Deliver engaging therapy, supporting language, articulation, and social communication skills Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families to promote student success Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders If you're ready to support elementary students and foster lasting communication skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this contract position is for you.
