Senior Policy Manager — AI for Social Impact

The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) at MIT in Cambridge, MA, is recruiting a Senior Policy Manager or Policy Manager to translate research into policy and lead sector initiatives. The role emphasizes policy impact, evidence synthesis, and staff supervision within the Policy & Communications Group. Hybrid work with two in-person days per week; visa sponsorship not available.
