What we're looking for:

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a results-driven environment
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, at least 2 years of dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive Technical training or Trade school degree strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable service shop environment
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
