This is a true inbound sales role—no cold calling or prospecting. Every lead has already reached out for help with tax issues. Your job is to understand their situation, present the right solution, and help them move forward with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Speak with inbound prospects seeking tax relief assistance
• Establish trust and uncover each client's needs
• Present solutions tailored to the client's situation
• Handle objections professionally and effectively
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• 15% commission on closed deals
• Average monthly earnings of $7,000–$13,000
• Top performers earn $15,000+ per month

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience
• Strong closing and objection-handling abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls
• Competitive, goal-driven, and coachable

Location & Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In Office)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
