Employment And Training Coordinator

Under general supervision, this role delivers responsive, customer-focused service to individuals by assessing their qualifications and connecting them with appropriate employment and training opportunities. The position also works directly with businesses to understand and meet their workforce needs, while promoting Department of Workforce Services programs and providing coordinated, solution-driven services that support both job seekers and employers.

Preference may be given to those with case management experience. Preference may be given to candidates with experience working in state and federal programs. Preference may be given to candidates with customer service experience. Preference may be given to candidates with experience building and maintaining relationships with community partners. Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical working conditions include travel: occasional weekday, local travel to neighboring communities within the Bighorn Basin during business hours. Overnight travel for training purposes is approximately 1 - 2 times per year (weekdays only). A state vehicle may be provided for travel.
