Our dedication drives us to make a positive, sustainable impact for our customers, the environment and society.What Your New Challenge Will Look LikeLead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.Manage, coach and develop consultants across the business line, providing ongoing performance feedback, career guidance, and mentorship beyond individual project engagements.Oversee the development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations.Drive execution of solutions across areas such as supply chain strategy and transformation, network design and optimization, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.Facilitate workshops, steer project governance, and present to executive audiences.Contribute to business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pitches.Support internal initiatives such as capability building and knowledge sharing.Why You Belong At 4flow6+ years' experience as a supply chain consultant and/or experience leading supply chain projects.Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and other data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational and time management capabilities.Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).Come join us! 4flow, Inc. is an American company with German roots that offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding long-term career prospects.
