As our Beautician, you'll play an important role in helping residents feel confident, dignified, and cared for—all while building meaningful relationships that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, shampooing, and other salon services for residents.

• Offer manicures and additional beauty services as appropriate.

• Create a warm, welcoming salon atmosphere where residents enjoy spending time.

• Build trusting relationships with residents by providing compassionate, individualized service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon environment in accordance with state regulations.

• Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff.

• Help make birthdays, holidays, and special occasions even more memorable by helping residents look and feel their very best.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Cosmetology License.

• Previous salon or cosmetology experience preferred.

• Experience working with older adults or in healthcare is a plus, but not required.

• A friendly, patient, and compassionate personality.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Someone who enjoys creating meaningful connections and making people feel special.
