Quick Facts: Location: Flagstaff, AZ Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Day shift, 8a-5p, hospital and clinic shifts, possible clinic shifts Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month minimum Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Active AZ license preferred, Board Certification (NP or PA), DEA required Experience: Minimum 1 year in electrophysiology Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $148.20 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You’ll Do: Support electrophysiology physician in a busy EP department Manage hospital coverage including follow-ups, post-ops, device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups See adult patients in both hospital and clinical settings, about 14 patients daily in clinic Conduct follow-up visits, support device checks, and hospital documentation Use Cerner EMR to document all patient interactions and procedures Assist with post-procedure care and patient education Contribute to a team committed to high-quality patient care and safety What You Need: Active PA or NP certification with Board Certification in Electrophysiology preferred Arizona license or active license to practice in Arizona preferred DEA license At least 1 year of EP experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team About the Assignment: Join a highly active department specializing in electrophysiology within a major hospital in Flagstaff, Arizona.
