Job Summary
The Oak Hill School in San Anselmo California seeks an experienced motivated and highly qualified individual to join its teaching staff. Oak Hill is a small non-public school serving students with autism and other developmental differences. Teachers lead and collaborate with a team of therapists teaching assistants parents and outside professionals to design and implement a comprehensive educational program for a group up to 14 students. We are looking for a teacher who has experience with classroom and individual positive behavior management as well as an interest in community-based learning and Classroom Teacher is expected to be a leader in our community of both the team he or she is in charge of and within the wider school sharing expertise and modeling best practice.
