Unencumbered RN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized/lili1 year of demonstrated experience/liliValid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states/liliClear background screening/liliWorking knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts/liliMust provide valid and current CPR card/certificate that includes in person instructor led hands - on skills check/liliClear Hep B Screening in applicable states/liliClear TB Screening in applicable states/li/ulpState Specific Requirements:/ppFlorida:/ppIllinois :/ppValid driver license with proof of insuranc e: Not required .
