Domestic Relations Attorney

Job Description Domestic Relations Attorney Slater & Zurz, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results driven domestic relations attorney to join the firm. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle a large, active docket of domestic files and aggressively advocate for our clients. Responsibilities Manage and work up assigned domestic relations cases, including settlement negotiations, preparing pleadings, motion practice, research and writing, discovery, attendance at court conferences and hearings, litigating cases to judgment. Work with support teams within the firm. Maintain communication and positive relationships with clients. Supervise support staff. Qualifications Licensed to practice in Ohio. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, in the area of domestic relations. Excellent research, writing, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of NEOS case management software preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with others and contribute to a positive work environment to advance firm goals. Compensation Competitive compensation package with the opportunity to earn bonuses.
