HIRING - Spotter Positions | $20-$24/hr About the Role

We're hiring a Spotter to support electricians on a data center construction project. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction or the skilled trades. Your main responsibility is helping keep the jobsite safe by watching for hazards, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting the electrical team as needed.

• Monitor the work area for fire hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors and electricians immediately.
• Help keep the jobsite clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Maintain clear pathways around tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with staging and moving materials as directed.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Attend daily safety meetings and jobsite briefings.
• Support the electrical team with general labor duties as needed.

Candidates must provide proof of OSHA 10 certification before starting employment.

• Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Exposure to electrical work or commercial construction.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located on an active data center construction site. Employees will work around construction equipment, electrical installations, and multiple trades. Required PPE includes a hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and work boots. The environment may include noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. Safety is the top priority, and all employees are expected to follow site safety requirements at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claude, TX.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Claude,TX.
