Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

The company is seeking a skilled and client-focused Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join its team. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client properties to understand landscape maintenance needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service plans.
• Oversee the timely and high-quality execution of landscape maintenance services, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
• Identify and present opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance clients’ outdoor spaces, including estimating and proposal creation.
• Collaborate with clients on contract renewals, negotiating terms and aligning service packages with evolving needs.
• Proactively resolve client concerns or service-related issues by working closely with operations and management teams.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service progress, upcoming projects, and relevant industry trends.
• Monitor account profitability and budget adherence, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights during client discussions and strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service details, and sales opportunities using CRM software, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably within commercial landscaping or a related industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of landscaping practices, maintenance services, and plant material.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aspire software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.
