Agile Coach Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the payments and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. Experience in wire payments and the broader payments ecosystem is essential. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience delivering large-scale, enterprise initiatives. Financial Services industry experience is mandatory , with a strong understanding of banking operations and payment systems. Experience in wire payments, payment processing, and related payment technologies is required. Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, including: Project planning and scheduling Risk and issue management Status reporting and executive updates Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams. Demonstrated ability to drive project execution, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience working as an Agile Coach or leading Agile transformations is a strong plus. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
