Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services as well as telehealth. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes. Maintain a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Other meaningful tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or related field from an accredited institution. Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Creative and innovative approaches to mental health. Experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Salary and Compensation $71.00 - $83.00 per hour, hourly pay structure plus commission on claims, straightforward bonuses.
