Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations. Observe and report unusual activity, property conditions, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Assist with access control, visitor direction, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
