Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of lab processes, which can include but are not limited to various aspects of: Filling, Formulating, solventless extraction, hydrocarbon, post‑processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation Maintain freeze dryers Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to the Supervisor Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC/Biotrack track‑and‑trace, and Odoo ERP Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors Desired Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or production environment. Keen ability to follow instructions and receive feedback. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
