- Partnerclosely with the CEO and executive leadership to translate businesspriorities into a scalable, revenue-generating marketing strategy.
- Serveas the organization's senior marketing voice, advising leadership onmarket dynamics, customer behavior, and investment effectiveness.
- Establishthe marketing department from inception, including structure, processes,technology, and performance metrics.
- Operateas a player-coach - setting strategy while remaining hands-on during theearly stages of team development.
- Recruit,develop, and scale a high-performing marketing organization aligned withcompany growth.
- Designand implement a predictable, data-driven demand engine targetingenterprise and multi-site organizations.
- Optimizethe full funnel from awareness through conversion with clear attributionand ROI measurement.
- Identifyhigh-value customer segments and develop strategies to penetrate complexbuying groups with extended sales cycles.
- Refinethe brand narrative to resonate with senior decision-makers and elevatethe organization from vendor to strategic partner.
- Leadthe development of high-impact educational content that reshapes marketperception and builds credibility.
- Balanceperformance marketing with long-term brand equity creation.
- Championa metrics-driven culture, embedding analytics into forecasting, planning,and execution.
- Evaluateand optimize the marketing technology stack to support scalable growth.
- EstablishKPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability andcontinuous improvement.
- Partnerwith sales leadership to strengthen pipeline quality, improve conversionrates, and enhance revenue predictability.
- Buildand oversee outbound capabilities, including SDR programs and targetedaccount engagement strategies.
- Ensuretight alignment between marketing investment and business outcomes.
- Introducemodern marketing practices, test-and-learn experimentation, anddisciplined performance management.
- Anticipateshifts in buyer expectations, digital engagement, and competitivepositioning within the B2B services landscape.

- 12-15+years of progressive marketing leadership experience with ownership ofgrowth strategy and revenue outcomes.
- Provensuccess building or transforming marketing functions within high-growth,entrepreneurial, or lower-middle-market organizations.
- Demonstratedexpertise in B2B business services marketing , including enterprisedemand generation and complex buying cycles.
- Strongcommand of digital strategy, CRM, marketing automation, and funnelanalytics.
- Experienceoperating as a hands-on leader with the ability to scale from strategyinto execution when required.
- Trackrecord of aligning marketing investment with measurable businessperformance.
- Buildermentality with the ability to create structure where none exists.
