Electrician Foreman

CDM Smith is seeking a skilled electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will build raceways, pull wire, terminate electrical runs, and supervise assigned craft workers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, local certifications and licenses as required, and 4 years of experience as a journeyman electrician. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Job Responsibilities Builds raceways, pulls wire, terminates electrical runs Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems Interprets blue prints, electrical diagrams, and job orders Inspects work to ensure conformance with specifications and local electrical codes Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Local certifications and licenses as required 4 years experience as a journeyman electrician Certification/License Requirements Journeyman Electrician Driver's License Requirements An appropriate and valid driver's license is required Amount Of Travel Required 15% Skills And Abilities Advanced knowledge of electrical controls and distribution wiring Intermediate ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Advanced ability to use various tools required for the trade Intermediate written and oral communications skills Intermediate organizational and planning skills EEO Statement CDM Smith is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
