We are seeking a Principal Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience to provide architecture and technical leadership for enterprise-scale data engineering and cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end enterprise data architecture and technology roadmaps .
- Architect scalable Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
- Lead ETL/ELT, batch, and streaming data engineering initiatives.
- Establish standards for data modeling, governance, lineage, quality, and observability .
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Drive architecture decisions, modernization initiatives, and performance optimization.
- Establish CI/CD, testing, security, and automation best practices.
- Manage technical risks and cross-team dependencies.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads.
- Partner with senior business and technical stakeholders.
