What You'll Treat Our patient population is primarily adult orthopedic, with an average patient age of approximately 55 years old. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care! CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience. - Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings. Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations. Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities. Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
