Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points and activity across the location, assist with visitor directions and/or questions, and help to support an orderly environment within a commercial real estate setting.
• Observe and report conditions such as unlocked doors, lighting issues, property damage, and/or other security-related concerns that could affect daily operations or tenant experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
