Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day personal care routines, ensuring professional, respectful help with bathing, toileting, and brief changing.
• Implement redirecting and comfort techniques for clients experiencing cognitive decline, Alzheimer's, or dementia.
• Operate Hoyer lifts safely to assist clients with strict or limited mobility limitations.
• Manage everyday household needs, including healthy meal preparation, medication tracking, light cleaning, and essential client transportation.
• Maintain clear and consistent documentation of client needs and condition shifts.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For: Caregivers who are comfortable with comprehensive hands-on care (toileting, bathing, transferring) and exhibit sound judgment under pressure. Must be highly dependable, have a clean background, a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
