Your responsibilities will include: Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition Administering medications and treatments Following individualized care plans Supervising and supporting CNAs Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and the care team Following state and federal regulations What We're Looking For Current LPN license in the state of practice Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable and team‑oriented Compassionate and resident‑focused Sign‑on bonus and benefits are available to eligible employees.
