Your Role: The Senior Director, Commercial Data Management is a strategic leadership role within the Commercial Operations & Analytics organization, responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving enterprise-wide commercial data management, data quality, and data governance capabilities across the full data lifecycle. The individual will define how LEO Pharma’s U.S. commercial organization acquires, governs, integrates, and stewards data assets to ensure they are accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable for commercial process-es, decision-making, and analytics.Your Responsibilities: Data Strategy, Governance & QualityOwn and communicate LEO Pharma’s commercial data management, master data, and data quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities. Define data investment priorities and identify opportunities to increase business value through improved data.Lead the design and implementation of a forward-looking data strategy and architecture for market access, hub, and patient services that drives operational efficiency, supports future-state business needs, and enables scalable, sustainable growth across data ingestion, integration, governance, and reporting.Advise senior commercial leaders on using data to inform decisions, optimize resources, and improve business outcomes.Lead the strategy and ongoing management of the commercial data lifecycle, ownership framework, and quality objectives.Own the commercial master data strategy, including the business glossary, data dictionary, and end-to-end data lineage.Drive alignment on data standards, business rules, quality expectations, vendor requirements, and investment priorities.Partner with Data Acquisition, IT, Procurement, Privacy, Compliance, Security, Legal, and external vendors to maintain data quality, appropriate controls, regulatory compliance, and vendor accountability.Technology, Automation & InnovationLeverage automation, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and scalable platforms to improve data quality monitoring, anomaly detec-tion, exception management, and reporting.Partner with IT to oversee commercial data platforms, tools, and infrastructure.Develop dashboards and performance measures that provide visibility into data quality trends, risks, opportunities, and sup-port performance.Partner with AI and innovation leaders to establish data readi-ness standards, governance, and guardrails for AI/ML-enabled analytics.Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between commercial teams, functional partners, and IT regarding data requirements, lifecycle expectations, quality targets, and business use cases.Establish transparent, data-driven processes for monitoring and communicating data quality, analytics utilization, and service performance.Support stakeholders across Sales Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing Analytics, Omnichannel, Incentive Compen-sation, Market Access, Payer Analytics, Patient Services, Commercial Analytics & Insights, and Field Leadership.Translate business needs into priorities, governance decisions, execution plans, and scalable solutions that improve data adop-tion, trust, and business impact.Translate stakeholder needs into scalable data solutions that improve adoption, trust, and business impact. People Leadership & Culture Lead the Commercial Data Management team across data archi-tecture, data quality, governance, and analytics enablement.Build and retain a high-performing team with strong technical, business, and collaborative capabilities.Foster accountability, continuous improvement, disciplined exe-cution, and a data-driven culture across the commercial organi-zation. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences); Masters degree strongly preferred. 15+ years of industry-related experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry (preferred), with deep expertise in commercial data management, data quality, and data governance. 5+ years of leadership responsibilities, including direct people management of multi-person teams across data architecture, data quality, and analytics enablement disciplines. Experience managing and optimizing IQVIA syndicated datasets, SP/SD data feeds, independent pharmacy buy data, LAAD, and other third-party commercial data assets. Experience working across commercial data operations, analytics, and reporting environments, supporting portfolios spanning multiple products and therapeutic areas. Experience supporting commercial data operations, analytics, and reporting across multiple products and therapeutic areas. Experience leading data governance programs, including master data management (MDM), business glossary development, and data lineage documentation. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations. Up to 10% travel required based on business needs. Together, you'll help ensure trusted commercial data drives better decisions, stronger performance, and improved outcomes across LEO Pharma's dermatology and rare disease portfolio. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $240,000 - $275,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
