We are seeking a Lead Generator to provide support to our sales team. In this role, you will generate and qualify sales leads and set appointments with potential customers on behalf of our sales representatives so they can close deals. We are a family-owned business that has been serving the community with high-quality windows and bath installations for over 20 years.
We offer commissions for this position.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Set appointments on behalf of our sales reps
- Update potential customer information in our CRM system
- Fulfill phone call and lead generation quotas each shift
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Sales or customer service experience
- Great phone skills
