Maintenance Lead

Position: Maintenance Lead Location: Kernersville, NC Company: Manufacturing Responsibilities: This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturer in the Kernersville area. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for providing shift leadership and technical support for plant maintenance operations, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and control systems. This role oversees maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement projects to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
