What we expect from you

• 2 Years Home Health Experience
• Reliability and accountability
• Valid CNA License
• CPR Certification
• Copy of Negative TB Test
• Background Check
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required

Position Details

Perform various patient care activities including but not limited to:
Responsible for dispensing oral and topical medications to residents per physician's order and properly document . Observe residents for symptoms and conditions that could be related to medication interactions, adverse drug reactions or medication side effects and report any problems to the nurse.
