We build the tech and data tools that power Card Servicing's entire workforce—handling real-time work routing, demand forecasting, and scheduling. It's practical, high-impact product work: making sure agents have fair, sensible schedules and customers get connected to someone who can genuinely solve their issue.As Sr. Manager, you'll own the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite and lead the PM team behind it. You'll oversee everything behind Card Servicing's forecasting, capacity planning, schedule generation, and real-time operations. This is a hands-on leadership role. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
