Maintenance TechnicianA well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Wentzville.Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:Maintain appearance and maintenance of the communityDiagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional mannerExecute preventative maintenance programsComplete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including paintingMaintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as neededAdhere to and comply with company safety policies and rulesMaintenance Technician qualifications:3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry)EPA Certification is preferredCPO Certification is preferredClass A maintenance experience preferredMust be available to be on-call as requiredCurrent and valid driver's license and auto insurance requiredOur Total Rewards Package:Base Pay- Hourly wage paid bi-weekly on our standard payroll scheduleBonus Pay- Eligible for monthly lease renewal bonuses- after 90 days of employmentBenefits- Health, Dental, Vision, life insurance, disability insurance for full time team members, Employee Assistance Program401 (k) employer sponsored plan and contributionsFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)- Vacation, sick time, flex day, floating holidayPaid HolidaysReferral BonusesMonday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm and on-call rotation
