Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / Telemetry

Schedule: Shift: Nights 18:45 – 07:15 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13–20 weeks Hours Options: 36 or 48 hours per week (as available)

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years RN experience NC or Compact license pending is acceptable for submittal BLS certification NIHSS clinical highlights Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management experience IV starts/maintenance experience Blood product administration experience Feeding tube care experience Chest tube management experience Non-invasive airway support experience Epic documentation experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care for medical/surgical and telemetry patients. Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Collaborate with PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, and other teams for optimal patient care. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and discharge planning.

Compliance / Notes: Must pass EKG testing prior to start Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) COVID-19 vaccine: Not required No RTO during the first week; maximum of 7 days RTO allowed (auto-approved, no holidays)
