Athletic Club Boise is a record breaking USL soccer club serving the greater Boise area. Currently playing in USL League One and playing in the USL Championship in 2027, AC Boise is dedicated to building a world-class soccer club that represents the diversity of the Treasure Valley and is committed to delivering an unrivaled experience for fans. AC Boise's ownership group is comprised of local leaders and innovators of industry with intellectual capital, financial prowess, operations expertise, and success in the fields of entertainment, sports, real estate development, technology, and media. AC Boise is invested in the world's game and Boise, expanding the current 7,000 seat Athletic Club Boise Stadium to over 10,000 seats, in addition to the constant development of the 31.5 adjacent acres, including a top-flight training center on the AC Boise campus.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day marketing efforts for Athletic Club Boise and Athletic Club Boise Stadium. This role focuses on executing strategies and tactics that support organizational goals. They'll be a brand champion working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure the brands are represented accurately and consistently across all touchpoints.

What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of USL tentpole campaigns by managing creative asset trackers, coordinating delivery, and assisting with activations
• Serve as the point of contact for routing creative assets across various departments including but not limited to Sales, PR, Community, and Partnerships, ensuring all teams have the latest versions of campaign materials
• Research sports industry trends to provide actionable insights to help deliver products and experiences that are recognized best in class
• Ensure brand guidelines are understood and accurately deployed by both internal and external partners
• Foster a collaborative and positive relationship with all internal stakeholders
• Independently manage specific projects such as internal recap presentations, promo item creation, and asset development for special events and international activations
• The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, analytical, highly organized, and passionate about contributing to our mission of bringing people together through the power of sports

What You'll Bring:

• Four-year degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field
• 1-2 years of brand marketing or advertising experience, in a support or assistant capacity
• Excellent project management skills and comfort with a fast-paced work environment
• Strong understanding of brand fundamentals
• Adaptable and efficient learner; able to step in and pick up on projects quickly
• Ability to support campaign execution from setup to post-campaign reporting with strong attention to detail
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the schedule of the USL and other stadium events

Salary Range

At AC Boise, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation range for this role is up to $60,000 per year.
