University Software Engineering Teacher

To further enhance the academic and research capabilities of the School of Software and promote international academic exchanges, we are now recruiting two international faculty members. Qualified candidates from around the world are warmly welcomed to apply.

I. Qualifications
1. Hold a master degree authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in the country where the degree was obtained;
2.Major in Software Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Management Science, Artificial Intelligence, or other related information technology fields;
3. Possess excellent English communication skills and be capable of teaching courses in Software Engineering;
4. Previous teaching experience is preferred;
5. Candidates should generally be under the age of 60, be in good health, and be able to work full-time on campus.

II. Responsibilities
1. Deliver courses in Software Engineering, with a total teaching workload not exceeding 400 class hours per academic year. Any additional teaching hours will be compensated at RMB 100 per class hour;
2. Participate in teaching seminars and academic exchange activities organized by the School, and fulfill certain research responsibilities.

III. Compensation and Benefits
1. Base Monthly Salary: RMB 16,000 pre-tax per month (negotiable for candidates with exceptional research capabilities; salary increases with length of service);
2. International Travel Allowance: Up to RMB 10,000 per year, calculated based on actual travel distance;
3. Accommodation: Free single apartment; couples may be accommodated with a suite upon request.
