Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver at Always Best Care, you’ll be responsible for:

Providing care and support for seniorsAssisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparationOffering transportation to appointments, errands, and social activitiesProviding personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toiletingAssisting with mobility and transfers to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairsMonitoring health and wellness, reporting changes to supervisorsOffering emotional support and encouragement for maintaining independenceKeeping clients engaged through activities and conversationFollowing care plans and safety protocols

Qualifications:

To ensure quality care, we require:

2+ years of professional caregiving experience (home care agency, facility, or similar environment)English proficiency and clear communication skillsTwo professional references (supervisor or co-worker)Ability to pass a background checkTB test (preferred, not required)Valid driver’s license and current car insurance (preferred, not required)Be dependable, compassionate, and have the ability to take initiative
