Clinical Toxicology Technologist -Data Review

Labcorp seeks a Clinical Toxicology Technologist to review and certify mass spectrometry data, verify analytical results, and maintain chromatographic instrumentation in the Burlington, NC laboratory. This entry-level position operates Saturday–Tuesday evenings and supports the company's clinical testing operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and certify LC/MS data using Analyst and Ascent software; determine acceptability and upload results
• Verify calibration, quality controls, and patient data through result entry
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical equipment including GC, HPLC, UPLC-MS/MS, and chromatographic systems
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses; evaluate raw and final data for accuracy
• Assist with training new employees and provide guidance on analytical interpretation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology
• Two years clinical laboratory testing experience OR MLS degree
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems and computers
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• ASCP or AMT certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
