Senior AI Application Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior AI Application Engineer will develop agentic solutions, architect scalable multi-agent systems, and optimize data pipelines to enhance AI capabilities under the guidance of the Chief AI & Analytics Officer. Key responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement scalable, multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes Translate existing processes and develop novel multi-agent architectures for new opportunities Implement agentic solutions leveraging orchestration frameworks and ensure secure interactions with internal databases and APIs Required qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in generative AI or cognitive architectures Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript Experience with MCP architectures and proficiency in Rust Strong background in cloud architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
