• 4 10-hour shifts per week -- admin time built into schedule
• Up to 28 patients per day in 15-minute slots
• Mix of acute and preventive care -- newborn to age 18
• FQHC setting -- community health experience a plus
• Well-child visits, sports physicals, acute URI/otitis media management
• Comfort with Medicaid population and 340B pharmacy coordination
• Hospital privileges required
• Spanish language skills a plus
