Hours/Schedule: 40

Hours Per Week; Monday-Friday 8:30AM EST-5:00PM EST (training) and

Monday-Friday anytime between 7:45am-10:00pm (8 hour shift/40 hour work week)

Job Description:

• Walking consumers through how to create accounts and enroll in benefits

• Resetting passwords

• Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.

• Updating billing and payment preferences

This is a Contract position based out of Jackson, Mississippi.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
