The Marketing Manager will support the marketing team in executing various campaigns and projects. This role involves creating compelling content, managing social media, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the development of overall marketing strategies. Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create visually engaging content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Design marketing materials, social media posts, and digital assets for a variety of platforms.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring content is consistent with brand guidelines and audience engagement is maximized.
• Collaborate with the team to produce content for email campaigns, blogs, and the website.
• Use Google Analytics to track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement.
• Utilize Envato to source high-quality design assets for campaigns and marketing materials.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events or promotions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Familiarity with Envato for sourcing design assets.
• Experience with Google Analytics to monitor and report on website and campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram, with hands-on experience in content creation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A creative mindset and a passion for marketing and design.
