Responsibilities Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery based on work orders or customer requests. Load, unload, and transport materials safely using appropriate equipment. Verify order accuracy, including quantities and product condition, prior to delivery. Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory and staging areas. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Deliver materials to job sites or customer locations as required. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE. Complete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order tracking. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to safely handle and move materials of varying sizes and weights. Good communication and teamwork skills. Customer‑focused mindset and professionalism. Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions. Reliability and strong work ethic. Experience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling roles. Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment. Familiarity with building materials or industrial products. Valid driver’s license (if driving is required). Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and/or outdoor environments. Comfortable with exposure to varying weather conditions and equipment operation.
