It’s generalist work with proper variety 1040s, 1120s, 1065s and some 1120. The kind that keeps things interesting without turning you into the “one return type” person.
Hours are reasonable. Busy season is still busy. Just not ridiculous.
You’ll probably be an experienced Tax Accountant with 3+ years in public accounting. You'll be the ambitious type, someone who wants to make Manager in the next 3 years.
