We are hiring compassionate caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon, and surrounding areas.Caregiver Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility (transfers and range of motion exercises).Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.Perform light housekeeping duties.Provide companionship and respite services for families.Offer transportation for appointments, shopping, and other activities (if needed).What We Look For:A minimum two years of documented experience with seniors.Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred).TB test copy is required.Successful completion of a drug test and background check.Experience with a Hoyer lift (a plus).Experience with Dementia/Hospice/end-of-life care (a plus).Driver's license with insured and reliable vehicle (preferred).Benefits You'll Enjoy:Flexible scheduling.Competitive bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.Time and a half pay for working any of the 9 major holidays.Shift differential pay for weekend hours and/or shifts shorter than 4 hours.Paid time off (PTO).Paid training.Simple IRA plan.Work for a supportive, family-owned company.*Each office is independently owned and operated.
