JourneyCare Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN to join our growing Crisis Care team! This is a field-based position responsible for following the plan of care for our continuous care patients, providing treatments, and working collaboratively to help our patients and their families. HOURS: Monday - Friday (3) 12-Hour Shifts 7PM-7AM and Every Other Weekend TERRITORY : Northbrook, IL Salary: $26 - $38 hourly - Offer Based On Years of Experience Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program Three years of nursing experience. Provide appropriate pain/symptom management. Evaluates the patient’s response to treatments/medications
