  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs, using evidence-based frameworks.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans, with specific therapeutic goals collaboratively set with clients to facilitate their progress.

  • Provide quality individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques suited to the needs of clients.

  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation to maintain ethical standards and compliance within the telehealth framework.

  • Engage in regular staff meetings and peer supervision to foster a collaborative therapeutic approach and discuss innovative treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and children, with a particular focus on underserved populations. Prior experience with clients from various cultural backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, is highly valued, as it enhances our ability to meet our community's specific needs.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

  • A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

  • Competency in therapeutic practices that address the needs of couples, children, teens, and families.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with specific therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Play Therapy would be advantageous. Clinicians who are knowledgeable about culturally responsive therapy practices are encouraged to apply, as this is an integral aspect of our client care philosophy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
